The
Swinging or
The Lifestyle itself is "To have fun with different persons, willing to do that with pleasure."
Open marriage is when couples have their full trust and the extramarital sexual relationships they have do not disturb their personal, intimate and spiritual love and commitment.
Open minded persons can be singles and couples practicing, trying and accepting the things that others can not.
Swingers are deffinately open-minded persons, but most of them do not admit that fact.
Married coules said, they have normal relationships with other singles or couples. This is right, but can be valid only for the type of sex they preffer to make... (no perversions, no S&M, no bisexual relationships, etc...)
But, is the parter swap an usual thing?
Singles have their own desires and do not comply & engage with others - they are seeking for other like minded singles or couples. Many times they just have sex and do not return to the same person again.
Singles can be the different persons from an exsisting couple (married or not), but one of the two parts is not fascinated by the idea of partner swapping.
* One of the 2 parts of the couples may like or not what the other part is doing
* One of the partners can do that incognito to satisfy some different sexual needs.
* One partner can become a swinger because of some helth problems of the other partner (husband, wife).
Singles can be people who for one or other reasons they can not maintain connection (love or partnership).
The reasons for that can be health, mental, religious or just a matter of preference...
Couples into swinging are people, which feelings are not so deep. Of course this has its reflections in their trust, wishes & preferences at all.
Sometimes that persons are good friends, but not capable of love or it's hard for them to find or they just haven't found the love yet...
Other times they just have common desires and they enjoy their life like it is.
But, usually - they are just "
Fuck & Go" persons.
What about Polyamory? I will only give you the definition from wikipedia and let you decide for yourself between which all that descriptions can be placed or can be talked about it as a new kind..

The common between all definitions said by now is the partner swap, seeking for new persons & more ways to have pleasure...
And the most important thing is that Open-minded, Like-minded & Swingers are persons who seeks pleasure to have, less times to give... (I do not want to insult or judje anyone).
I will let you decide if bi-sexual, gay men, lesbians, trans, etc... are different, open-minded and how they practice
